Disbudpar Batam- CGV Grand Batam Mall akan dibuka untuk pengunjung pada Kamis (23/9/2021). Sebelum dibuka, Pemerintah Kota (Pemko) Batam melakukan pengecekan untuk melihat kesiapan penerapan protokol kesehatan di bioskop CGV Grand Batam Mall, Rabu (22/9/2021).
Pengecekan protokol kesehatan dimulai dari pintu masuk area bioskop, seat yang sudah diberi label silang untuk tempat duduk berjarak, hingga akses keluar masuk yang berbeda jalur dan penjualan tiket secara online.
Seketaris Daerah Kota (Sekdako) Batam, Jefridin Hmid mengatakan kegiatan ini dalam rangka meninjau kesiapan CGV Grand Batam Mall membuka bioskop bagi pengunjung. Sesuai dengan intruksi Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) dan Surat Edaran (SE) Walikota Batam Nomor 53 Tahun 2021, bioskop sudah diperbolehkan dibuka untuk pengunjung.
Pada SE Walikota Batam tersebut tertuang, bioskop yang berada pada lokasi tersendiri maupun berlokasi di pusat perbelanjaan atau mall dapat beroperasi dengan ketentuan wajib mengunakan aplikasi Peduli Lindungi untuk melakukan skrining atau penerapan protokol kesehatan terhadap semua pengunjung dan pegawai dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Kapasitas maksimal 50 persen dan hanya pengunjung dengan kategori hijau Peduli Lindungi yang boleh masuk. Pengunjung usia kurang 12 tahun dilarang masuk. Selanjutnya dilarang makan dan minum atau menjual makanan dan minuman dalam area bioskop, mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang diatur Kementerian Pariwiasata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenpar Ekraf) dan Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) serta daftar perusahaan yang akan mengikuti uji coba ditentukan oleh Kemenparekraf.
“CGV Grand Batam Mall sudah siap dibuka bagi pengunjung. Kita ingin memastikan agar bioskop mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ada termasuk jumlah kapasitas 50 persen yang diperbolehkan,” katanya, usai meninjau bioskop CGV Grand Batam Mall.
Lanjut Jefridin, pengunjung wajib membawa hand sanitizer dan pihak bioskop juga wajib menyediakan hand sanitizer otomatis. Saat memasuki bioskop pengunjung menggunakan barcode. Ia berharap saat pengunaan barcode Peduli Lindungi tersebut, pastikan tidak terjadi kerumunan sehingga pengunjung merasa nyaman saat berkunjung ke bioskop.
“Mulai pintu masuk kita berharap tidak ada benda yang disentuh,” tegasnya.
Sebagai ketua Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) Kota Batam, Jefridin mendukung dibukanya bioskop karena daerah akan mendapat pajak hiburan dari bioskop sebesar 10 persen. Dalam peninjauan ini Jefridin didampingi oleh Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BP2RD) Kota Batam, Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kota Batam, Salim dan Kepala Bidang (Kabid) Sarana Objek Wisata (SOW) Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata, Adisthy.
“Kolaborasi ini harus tercipta. Semoga Covid-19 tidak ada lagi, pengusaha bergerak, pekerja dapat pekerjaan, pajak untuk memperlancar pembangunan,” terangnya.
Cinema Manager CGV Grand Batam Mall, Ilham, mengatakan dibukanya CGV Grand Batam Mall sudah memenuhi persyaratan sesuai Mendagri dan SE Walikota Batam. Ia berharap dengan bioskop dibuka pariwisata meningkat.
“Kita menyediakan hiburan bioskop untuk masyarakat,” katanya.
Batam City Government Checks Health Protocol Readiness in Cinemas Before Opening
Culture and Tourism Department of Batam City- CGV in Grand Batam Mall will open for visitors on Thursday (23/9/2021). Before open, Batam City Government is checking the health protocols to ensure that CGV in Grand Batam Mall are ready, Wednesday (22/9/2021).
The checking flow starts from the cinema’s entry gate, cross-labeled seating for spaced seating, until the in and out access with different routes and online ticket sales.
Batam City Secretary, Jefridin Hamid said that this activity in order to review CGV’s readiness to open cinemas for visitors. In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Circular Letter from the Mayor of Batam Number 53 of 2021, that cinemas are allowed to be opened for visitors.
In the Circular Letter from the Mayor of Batam, it’s stated that cinemas which located in separate locations or located in shopping centers or malls can operate with the condition that they must use the Peduli Lindungi application to screen or implement health protocols for all visitors and employees with strict health protocols. The maximum capacity is 50 percent and only visitors with the green category in Peduli Lindungi application who are allowed to enter. Visitors under the age of 12 are prohibited to enter the cinemas. Furthermore, it is forbidden to eat and drink or sell food and drinks in the cinema’s area, following the health protocols regulated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and the Ministry of Health, also the list of companies that will take part in the trial is determined by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.
“CGV Grand Batam Mall is ready to open for visitors. We want to ensure that cinemas comply with existing health protocols, including 50 percent capacity are allowed,” he said, after reviewing the CGV Grand Batam Mall.
Jefridin continued that visitors are required to bring hand sanitizer and the cinema is also required to provide automatic hand sanitizer. When entering the cinema visitors use a barcode. He hopes that when using the Peduli Lindungi barcode, make sure there are no crowds so that visitors feel comfortable when visiting the cinema.
“Start from the entry gate, we hope there’s no touching any things,” he insisted.
As chairman of the Batam City Government Budget Team, Jefridin supports the opening of cinemas because Batam will receive a 10 percent entertainment tax from cinemas. In this review, Jefridin was accompanied by the Batam City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency, the Batam City Civil Service Police Unit Head, Salim and the Division Head of Tourism Object Facilities of Batam City Culture and Tourism Department, Adisthy.
“This collaboration must be created. Hopefully Covid-19 will no longer exist, entrepreneurs will move, workers can get jobs, taxes to facilitate development,” he explained.
The CGV Grand Batam Mall Manager, Ilham, said that the opening of CGV Grand Batam Mall has met the requirements according to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Circular Letter of the Mayor of Batam. He hopes that with the opening of the cinemas, tourism will increase.
“We provide entertainment, cinema, for the community,” he said.
